Today is Potato Day. And there are just so many things that you can do with the potato. In fact, they are in season I believe and they are just so tasty with they are fresh. Especially if you cut them up and make them in olive oil and seasonings…taste better than restaurant potatoes. Or make some hash browns with them…delicious!! Happy potato day!!
