Here is a good one…this week is prescription error awareness month. And believe me…it happens more often than you think. It is actully quite horrible to. I never leave the pharmacy without looking closely at my prescription because I do not feel like going back and I just do not want to get sick. So just remember every one is human and everyone makes mistakes…even the pharmacists and doctors!
