I think it is always nice to see young children reading or trying to read. And today is a day to celebrate and acknowledge those young readers. Encourage them to read more and they may just enjoy reading which will just help them so much when it comes to school. And if they can not yet read then read to them. It is nice to have a parent read a story to you…even at 9 or 10 years old. Reading really does make for nice quality time spent together!
