I is ironic that this is glaucoma awareness month because my grandfather has glaucoma and is practically going blind because of that and a cateract that he has. He is actually going for surgery on this problem today so that he does not completely lose his site. There is a chance it may not work but it is worth the risk of surgery he thinks..he does not want to spend the rest of his life not being able to see…it would devistate him I think.
