It is mentor month and I think it is the perfect time to mentor a student or even mentor someone that is new at your work. It is always nice to have someone to lean on when you are new in a business. I know personally that when you enter a new position in a company you are not familiar with it is just always nice to have some one there to walk and talk you through the basics of a company or position. So become a mentor and help someone out that needs it.
