This month is Autism Awareness month! I work with autistic children a few times a week. If you have never worked with an autistic child then you really do not have any idea on their needs. And some of them have major needs. Personally, I think that autism is something that could be prevented if we could only find out what the cause may be…whether it is mercury, environmental…we need to find a cause before the cures.
