Well, May is Egg Month. I just love eggs…the incredible edible egg! I actually am in the mood to have an egg sandwich because of this post. I was wondering what I was going to have for lunch and I have decided that I will scrample up some eggs and have an egg sandwich with a little butter and salt and pepper. I am getting hungry now.
