This month is meditation and personally I think that meditation is something that everyone should be able to do. It is something that can really improve your health whether it is your physical health or your mental health. Meditation can help you to relax and just improve your overall state of mind. It can help cure ailments too like headaches and aches and pains in your body. If done correctly it can be a great thing to know how to do successfully! Meditation is quite good to relax. However, Yoga too as you could exercise and release stress at the same time. Ain’t that better?

meditation works. some time i couldnt have sleep at night, constant ideas flying in my head. sleeping that doesnt rest the brain is tiring even thou the body is not tired. i tried meditating. controlling my brain while controlling my whole body not over relaxing. well i felt more energetic than sleeping this way
