Now is a great time to update your resume. It is always a good idea to make sure that it is all up to date in case you ever need it. If you have not updated your resume in 10 years then you may have a hard time remember what it is that you did and the dates you did it. This way if you always have it updated and do it yearly you will never have to worry about that.
