Well, this is grapefruit month. I love the taste of grapefruit. Sometimes I add a little sugar on it and sometimes I add a little salt on it. I guess it just depends on how I am feeling that day…salty or sweet. Grapefruits are a great source of vitamin C – so this is a great time of year to add a little more to your diet to help boost your immune system.
