The month of April is National Humor Month…and I truly think that laughter is the key to good healthy and well being. Laughing not only is great for antiaging but it makes you feel good and when you feel good you look good and you are just generally more happy. So, go to a comedy show or just start laughing. Today is Earth Day – a great day to remember that the earth is just so important and there is so much that we can do to protect it and conserve it. I remember this day being more built up than it is these days and I wish more towns and communities would do stuff to get people involved and aware. If you have a dog then this is the month to be sure that it is well protected against lyme disease. And for animals it is really a no brainer to get the lyme disease shot and to buy the stuff that will keep the tickes away and off the dogs. April is National Garden Month…although in some parts of the country the snow is actually still melting and it is not exactly the ideal time to start planting. But April is pretty much over so now you can really start to think about all those flowers and trees and lawn. It is time to start working outdoors to make your yard looking pretty again!
