This month is stress awareness month. It is time to get your stresses under control…and sometimes that is just impossible to do. You have to though otherwise it can really do a number on your overall health. And stress also can really do a number on the way you look as well. Why sweat the small stuff! This month is Autism Awareness month! I work with autistic children a few times a week. If you have never worked with an autistic child then you really do not have any idea on their needs. And some of them have major needs. Personally, I think that autism is something that could be prevented if we could only find out what the cause may be…whether it is mercury, environmental…we need to find a cause before the cures. Do people even know what a record is today? I know that little kids have no clue what they are. They think that they are really big CD’s…and pretty soon kids will not even know what a cd it..which is just really weird. If you love your car then you are going to want to take advantage of this month. This month is national car care month. So, take the time to wash your car and get all of that winter salt and grim off of it. Maybe even spluge and bring it to that car wash. I have not been to a car wash in I think 10 years!
