This is Natioanl Mail Order Garden Month – People do not think to order their gardening plants right now because the weather is just so incredibly cold but you have to have you rorders in before the spring in order to get them to plant in the spring and the summer because many will have a cut off date and not ship them to you. This is national bird feeding month. Now, it is winter time and the birds really are quite hungry. People seem to give food to the birds during the spring and summer months but that is when the food is plentiful. It is when the cold and snowy weather is here that they really need to get the birdfeed. Filed under: January andWeird Holidays and Observances Comments: None |

Today is kid inventors day. I think that many kids have so many great ideas. More people should listen to kids and go to the small inventor shows. A lot of kids have really great ideas but they just don’t know what to do with them. And many kids do not have money to put into their great ideas! Today is a nothing day…I would say that that is just about right. I have done nothing all day. Sometimes you just have to do nothing. And today I definately did nothing that is for sure. I am watching a comedy central show right now – so I suppose that is something but I didn’t get any work done today and I don’t care!
