I have not been skating in years. The last time that I went skating was when my daughter was 3 years old and she just absolutely hated it. She screamed and cried the whole time. We paid all that money for what….for around 30 minutes or misery and it was freezing besides…she didn’t like to slip. It is ice! You have to love this one! I love tea and to have it during a very cold snow storm is even better. There is something comforting about that…having tea in your housecoat and slippers. And tea is just so incredibly good for you. I think that many people just do not realize the great benefits of tea! Filed under: January andWeird Holidays and Observances Comments: None |

Did you know that it is national soup month! This is a great month to have something like that though because it is just so incredibly cold out side. There is nothing like having that really nice hot cup or bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup. It is great comfort food even when you are not sick. Happy New Years. Well, not only is it another year that has gone buy but another decade. It is really weird because I cam remember so clearly when it turned 2000. I can not believe that it has been 10 years. Where does the time go…I think that this year I am going to spend less time working and more time relaxing and stressing less!
