So, we are in the mist of World Kindness Week. I think that these sort of weeks should be practiced year round but these holidays are a great way to bring awareness of them. Sometimes just a reminder of the simplest things will help us become more focused on what we should be doing every single day rather than just one week out of the year. This week is fraud awareness week…and what a great time to bring awareness to this since I personally had some weird transactions on my card lately. So, this is a great reminder that fraud is out there and you can help prevent it and prevent things from happening to you. Prevention is best when it comes to your credit cards. Today is the Marine Corp Birthday – so if you know someone that has been or that is in the Marine Corp then today is a great way to wish them a happy birthday. Marines take this day very serious regardless of how long they have been out of the service. So happy birthday to all the marines out there. So, today is national young readers day. If you have a child that loves to read then this is a great day to get a few new books. Or perhaps make a day of it and go to the library today. Personally, I never really cared to read when I was little but it seems as though that more and more kids are loving to read which is great!
